Yeah, this is an off-hand support weapon - though again, it's probably outclassed by other items for that slot. At low-levels, you don't really need life leech.

Not really...you can get that mana regen on any high ilvl ammy....along with other useful stats like hp.

It also increases mana and reduces gem reqs, which is also good for that build. But I guess you have a point.

That doesnt mean anything, you will have all the stats you need when you are high level.
