Righteous Fire

Nice bit of information here, and I am thinking about coming back to this game since 2012... and none of this info was readily attainable. Glad that one or two people helped you out.

I would have preferred that Mark_GGG sent his query by PM, keeping the debate out of the topic. I would have concluded that EP should work, I also conclude that to ignite something, it has to get hit, and even if it is within a radius [point of ignition], it is, a "hit effect" area.

Only "hits" penetrate resistances (same reason why the Fire Penetration support gem doesn't work with RF).

-enemy resists (via curses (EleWeak/Flammbility) and EE) will still greatly increase RF damage, of course.
