Level 62, Act 3 Merciless...
Freezing Pulse with LMP/Projectile Speed/Fast Cast, 1900 DPS Not my highest DPS though, that's Cold Snap/Proliferation/Penetration/Conc Effect = 2600 DPS Did you know level 91 is the halfway point to level 100? This means that a softcore character dying ONCE at level 85+ can lose many days of progress.

985 dps FP(12%qual,lvl 16)-fast.proj. lvl 14 - cold penetration lvl 15 - LMP lvl 15 1031 dps ice spear lvl 16 - incr.crit.damage lvl 16 - item rarity btw would be nice to know the HP/ES. I'm running CI with (only) 2189 ES unbuffed atm. |

Duo totem build level 81
1200 ice spear dps per totem, lmp and cold pen adds a lot hidden dps not to mention ice spears second form practicly increased hidden dps several times because i got almost 500% crit dmg :P Dps numbers means very little if you start toying with negative resists with the help of penetration and resist curses. While my dps is "only" 1200 dps i can easily freeze lock general in merciless solo and severely handicap him in 6 player. Fireball + LMP + Fire Pen: 755 dps (each Fireball, so are we calling that 2265 here?)
