Any reason these MTX are so.... boring?

Another round of MTX, another round of disappointment.
These "skins" barely differ from regular items and are hardly noticeable. Are we going to get any actual skins anytime soon or what? $5-10 a pop for basically nothing is not working for most of us. ps. Fanboys we know you have cash to burn, but this company would make more money if they'd cater to the rest of us too, which would translate in a better overall experience for all. I use skin transfers far more than any MTX. That and and the pilgrim hat. I wish they'd add a duster as well.

I wish for more wander love, like Kinetic Blast or Power Siphon effect.
The only wand MTX in the shop is ugly :-( Meanwhile, we have like 3 bow skins... Storm Cloud looks the best anyway. I am using only 2 weapon effects on all my characters, and sometimes only 2 helmet effects ....with the Master supporter armor set which I like very much. Waiting for Hussar Wings and Badge of Skulls to be on a sale for ages, and thats pretty much everything I want. Almost 1000 points left and there is nothing more I want, hope they release some new cool MTX soon. I find most of them boring aswell. This is my favorite so far. Btw it's still available and it looks awesome in Elreon's library hideout. Many of my friends have similar comments that current MTX are just not by their taste.
I've bought some that I think are cool (at least cooler than others), but for some of them I wonder how they even get into game (like wand skin for example). I think some talented MTX designer who's taste is a bit closer to wide population can earn them a ton of money. Alt Art items as League MTX - When?

I'm not into flashy stuff with wings. What I would really like (and have been suggesting since forever) is more "dirt": bloodspatter, rust, dents, "old leather", ripped shirts, grass stains, barnacles, grime etc. If my character comes back from a tough fight, I want it to look that way and not like it's been to Sarn high street or the drycleaners. I really appreciate the darker stuff GGG have implemented lately but we're not there, yet :-D

Already too many MTX. They are like old auras
- wtf ppl compain about low fps due to aura effects -wat? Lets make the same auras as MTX so we can get richer and nobody will complain about it -wot. 10k more this month, sir Stop |
