The re-implementation of Forgotten Mods I did for Durian used a lookup table indeed. We used this google spreadsheet and export is as JSON. Note that all the forgotten mods algorithm code in Durian is implemented in JavaScript. Hey, great idea! Few comments though: (1) How do you determine the tier with out knowing item level? (2) For ambiguities, e.g. an item can possibly be a combination of different mods. Just the value is enough. 2) on Durian I've skipped affixes that are hybrids for now as they require more logic to handle. And yes there are cases where it's impossible to break down the hybrid affix. RIP Which I rolled into ExileTrade :D ExileTrade is an alternative you can use over poe.trade, it is however not exactly the same, the idea is that you search just by typing, let's say "350pdps mace -voidhome" which is what you would type anyway when chatting to friends in PoE.
