these are the current items that i have, i have around 411 exalts left, im planning on getting onslaught barb, + another mirrored item, but I don't know what would be better, a mirrored amy rune medallion probably cause i want to use it for other builds too, or a mirrored shield havoc weaver since its always used on ll builds, can you give me your opinion, what would be better to buy. I'm kinda leaning towards Rune Medallion since it gives so much dps, but havoc weaver also gives dps + more es + res which is good since there's limited place to get res on ll builds. Just drop your AA lvl as much as your Mana Regeneration requires while using Cwdt/IC in any working setup, 3L or 4L. Gear up in following order: Capped Resists As much ES as you can A decent Wand Accuracy from Gear and Tree (want 88% at least) Crit & Elemental Damage Mana/Mana Regeneration Because the reflected DMG is scaling with your Hits, you dont need the Lifeleech Gem until you feel yourself too strong.
