Why should i play new leagues?

Because you can't always get what you want, there are billions of people on this planet.
You have choices when things seem to be conflicted. As to me, I prefer the new leagues. |

o new game modes
o empty stash pages to start with (means, i can stop worrying that there may be a better item for my current build in the deeps of my readonly stash hell) o fresh economy where even low level uniques are worth more than a chaos o because all my ingame friends play the new league age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

moar challenge starting up from scratch budgeting things here and there and gambling your luck out on new leagues ofcourse to try new things thats been added and also roll new builds that fancy you at the moment. specially since it will come to standard anyway (its like challenging your inner RNG)

Start a new character from scratch, go through the pain, and increase you knowledge about the game.

Whats the point continuing with GG shit when you own everything?
It's like beating little children up or beating girls at arm wrestling... no point. I am very bored right now in STD thus i have not played much once merge. " If you cant find a good reason yourself, you should stay away from it. For me, just the thought of re-grinding masters, makes me nauseating. Shortening the league duration + introducing more grind for the sake of grind = catering to a narrower set of players (subterranean-premisses-dwelling ones). This will be the first set of temp league I wont participate at all. Still have PTSD from the last one. E: There's plenty of reasons to stay in Std, eg: rescue & recovery of older chars, whose builds have been ravaged by GGG balance team. " I can't see how this only applies to Hardcore. Playing in a new SC league is a challenge starting over with nothing and climbing to the ladder, with new mods to make it more challenging! |

If you never played the start of a 3month/1 week just try it.
AND set up a shop asap. You will be amazed how fun it is to find loot you can use or sell ! In Standard 99,9% of all loot is crap. Start of 3 month you can sell stuff with only 1 or 2 good stats on it or even just linked + decent mods without any Problem. For me that was a blast in the 1 week race and start of rampage. Also helps a lot to get more wealth in Standard. No ammount of grind in Standard would have made me what i earned in the 1 week by just normal Play. Current Builds:
