In the real world, Cavitation is a physical process that can cause severe damage to objects that are exposed to it. This can easily destroy for example massive propellers or (grinding :P) gears.
Thus, my suggestion is: [Base name] Cavitation We could also add a prefix or suffix, such as suggested below: [Prefix] Dynamic Cracking Bursting Inertial Inverse (since cavitation is actually an implosion) [Suffix] Shock Bubbles Void Zone Force Wave One possible outcome could be: Cracking Cavitation Void (also a nice unused (i think) abbrevation for the trade channel CCV). Kinetic Strike - similar to Molten Strike.
I think Kinetic Strike is the good name because its easy to understand for players what the spell does... FOR THE GLORY!

We sure waited a long time for this, if you think about it, wands have only one exclusive skill.
The name could be Chain Reaction, the acronym isn't taken at least. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
