Correct me if I'm wrong (never talked with him much) but Viper is basically the unofficial answer guy (besides Mark, who is the official answer guy), right? Anyone who has ever asked a question about PoE, has probably been given a correct answer by him at least once?
I wanted to mention him too, but I couldn't think of his name :3 As I said, never talked with him much.. just seen him (if it is him) be a tonne of help to anybody looking for an answer about anything.
Edit: Also, The Legend of Beardmaster does deserve an honorable mention ;)

Regarding the streamers, what happend to Devmoon did he just stop streaming or playing all together? Besides being Mr. Evasion he also had the best stream ending music (that sound pretty weird i guess), always watched him before sleep :D

I always had my suspicions that Devmoon was an evil genius posing as a streamer to cover his plan to take over the world. He fooled many, it seems, but not me. That chair, that poise.
I can only imagine that some superhero foiled his plan at some point.
