Also, even if Heralds were outright better than Auras, Auras still have an AOE effect which makes them better for parties anyway.

Anger imho is gone

Anger - 60%, HoA - 25%, ~45 with prolif + inc burn

anyone who used HoA in a purpose built build knows how sick this buff is. HoA is a herald that is simply over the top and should be looked into. First is to make it melee only..

.. no.. no they are not useless at all dude, herald of ash is useful for phys builds, herald of ice for spell builds and herald of thunder for crit/shock stuff, but anger and wrath are still the best auras for elemental attack builds i mean the other auras dont even come close to them in this regard

HoA main damage output is the proliferated burn. that 15% fire added is pretty much irrelevant. and that burn is caused by any overkill attack damage, not only physical.

ofc the numbers on the tooltip for anger might be higher but a) tooltip lies b) it is the 'effective damage output' that matters and there is pretty much nothing that beats proliferated burns from HoA

for that Hyaons build replacing Anger with HoA might result in dps decrease but clear speed should go up (ofc HoA+Prolif+IncBurn if mana permits). For Dreamfeather Anger is better (aspd + small hits).
