i thought that was just a lot of hype that surrounded an idea that a professor at U of Minnesota had for a 13th sign, it was quickly dismissed by the rest of the scientific community as a silly idea and it was then decided that a new one wouldn't be added and the old ones will stay the same

I'm no expert on the subject myself but I was aware of the whole new sign thing, as well as the shift, but most Astrologists feel that was mostly a lot of media hype and attention grabbing by an Astronomer who is unfamiliar with Astrology and it's history, which has always been aware of the slow shifting of the galaxy, etc. So if it's fun for you, look up your birthday, but if it's not don't. We will all be who we are regardless of what someone or something else classifies us as. :)
