You know, there is Elemental Equilibrium, I think -50% res is enough.

I think for Scion the best option is going to be berserker+slayer, so you can Leech for days, but I am going for trickster anyway

Trickster is for 100% mana reservation and many defences and attack speed and movement speed on full es.

If you want for damage I think inquisitor is the best choice, free 100% increased critical is very good.

Trickster : will be the easiest/cheapest start for this build. No need for elreon rings and the extra tanky stats will help. More tanky with bad es gear and even more tankier with good es gear. Solves the tankiness problem of the build somewhat. Lets you run blood magic and low regen maps easier.

Inquisitor : Probably the highest damage option. 10% more ele dmg, 45% crit mult on status enemies, 30% crit mult nodes. And ignore resistances. Lets you setup more interesting aura combos since you not relying on EE for the pen.

Scion Zerker/Assassin : Biggest advantage being freeing up the lifeleach gem and getting another damage gem. You also have 10% more damage and slow things down with maim and gain power charge on your cyclones. 1% crit chance also helps a ton with generating charges and criting in general.

Another option that OP did not mention will be Necromancer. With Rumi's and Bone offering Mistress of sacrifice you will be able to cap your block drastically increasing your tankiness. Only problem is that you will need to stop and cast desecrate/bone offering. Probably you can add Desecrate to your codt setup and manually cast bone offering when u need it. Max block should help a lot vs those end game bosses.

So i guess
1. cheapest/utility
2. Damage
3. Damage and free leach
4. Prob the most tanky option, only problem is the other 4 ascendancy pts will be lack luster.
