2.3 Fakener (budget fake Mjölner) build - Trickster Version

hi,

1. at which level is this build viable ?

(assuming i already have the base items (a dagger & voll's protector, maybe also facebreakers).

2. can i start it at level 41/45 ?

3. can i start with a 4L ? or do i need 5/6L to start with ?
if so, which order ? coc, discharge, cyclone, vortex, then the two others ? or should i use increased crit strikes first, and then blade vortex ?

i just tried it on a 4L and it rarely crits atm, seems to be much better with increased crits.
is there a cap ?

edit : i just switched on level 41 (beginning of cruel) and it works fine.
no mana issues at all.
the only problem is the lack of critical strikes (on 4L), maybe i should replace blade vortex by increased crits ?
i am also squishy, i need to get better stuff (and get a vagan dagger & facebreakers.)

I'm really torn between Assassin and Inquisitor but I am leaning more and more towards Inquisitor because well shit.. this is a crit(CoC) build and the Inquisitor "Inevitable Judgement" which says "Critical Strikes ignore Enemy Elemental Resistances" means you no longer need Elemental Equilibrium(dont know if EE and Inevitable Judgement stack, I doubt it though) from the skill tree.

Assassin seems good also but discharge already has insane dps and imo Inquisitor's "Ignore Resists" thrumps the Assassin, all in all this at the moment is just supposition until the patch notes come out.

I think Trickster is also a good option (0 mana cost cyclone + whirling blades)

What about something like a Witch Occultist? Taking the extra curse and power charge? I kinda like the idea of having Warlords mark and Assassins mark at the same time.

Dont buy those daggers from alvuimil. Way overpriced!!!

i am now level 48, maps with a lot of mobs are instant clear.
clear speed is impressive, with my 4-link and without facebreakers.

but shooting single mobs is horrible and takes a lot of time

do i need more crits or ?

i died twice on Oak.. seriously.
while i'm emptying any map when surrounded by mobs in a sec.

I love this build. I have 75% res so i use haste instead of Purity of Lightning, also leave Fortify, and take 2nd vaal haste. Here is my current gear.

I just change abit on skill tree to change build to ci to make lvling ez because i dont have good gear with chaos res.

Just need a bit update to growing stronger ^_^

I lvling with scion and in new league i will go for Beserker for Leach and another Strength node(drop life leach gem and get another gem like empower or Area gem ) and may be Assasin

why level 1 blade vortex ?

the new patch hits this build quiet hard: blade vortex power charge gaining is 50% less effective and assassins mark only does 20% instead of 40%+ extra dmg. nevertheless the new asc classes (templar and shadow) are great for this build.
