Why is this build in the shadow section when your passive trees and video are showing a scion ? I started a shadow and am a little confused now...

You can do this build viably as either Shadow, Scion or Witch. The only differences on the tree are the nodes that you grab at the start of the passive tree. For Shadow, just grab the % Elemental Damage nodes and path out to Trickery. You can drop the attack speed nodes + jewel socket at the Scion start.

my vagan is level 6 (7 soon) and i'm checking him everyday, still no Daggers available..

is there any hint or ?

Just do daily mission, and check every day. You can also check on poe trade, sometimes people selling them for 30 chaoses.

i have several NON MULTIMODED for sale in talisman league

hi,

at which level is this build viable ?
if i already have the base items (a dagger & voll's protector).

currently level 40, leveling with other skills, feeling squishy with crap stuff, i need to change that :) and if possible i don't want to wait to be 80, leveling is hard now (i'm scion)

I will. Still think Scion is best for this build, especially with the new Asc. Classes.

I will depending on the patch notes, but I definitely think assassin is a better option than Scion. I really feel Scion's ascendancy is overrated.

I finally killed Uber Atziri today. Was my second try though. My first attempt was months ago with a Marauder physical Cyclone and it was a disaster. With the CoC Discharger it was pretty easy. Have been trying normal Atziri 6 times before my Uber attempt to learn the mechanics better. Don't have a video of the Uber kill but I got one from the normal runs with the same gear skill setup:
