I am still using the same gems as before LA - LMP, Faster Attacks, Life on Hit, Weapon Elemental Damage Elemental Hit - Fast Attacks, Life Leech, Weapon Elemental Damage By respeccing into Static Blows and RT I lost 50% Elemental Damage (for now) and 12% Projectile Damage and 4% Speed. Maybe you are using the wrong bow for static blow?
