Can All the desync Moaners quit it please

I love this game however there is one thing that I can't stand, and that is all the moaning about desync.

I recently moved house and have a terrible internet connection and constantly have to deal with desync, however when I die, I don't blame it on desync, if I died while desynced that's my fault for not being aware of what was happening. (ie noticing the signs of desync).

To be perfectly honest I will only be able to play this game while desync exists (read the development manifesto for more info).

due to my shitty internet speeds I (also the devs on some days) could not play poe due to my ping and crappy speeds. so for me and probably the devs (living in New Zealand) I would quit this game as soon as they changed to one of the other options as it would make it pretty unplayable for me.

Finally the main reason I hope it never gets changed is Poe is the game GGG wants it to be, as soon as the 'fix' desync then it no longer is, and I will no longer play.

also for those people who don't think that other games have desync think again.
The source engine has horrible desync (as can be seen when viewing the client side and server side versions of events simultaneously) however they can re sync a lot more frequently as there are less items to resync, how ever the main difference is that they trust the client so there is a big problem with hackers, for this reason GG has said the will never trust the client.

just my 2 cents

Macro /oos, then resyncing is just like another skill button.
Best results as Ranger
rank 29 (1 Hr Lethal TI Solo (S02E148))
rank 40 (2 Hr Fixed Seed Solo (S02E249))
rank 49 (1 Hour BLAMT Solo (S02E258))
There is lots of room to mitigate desync without compromising gameplay features. GGG has been mentioning their work towards desync improvements for over a year but have yet to implement such a thing so the complaints are valid.

To me every other complaint and issue with the game is quite minor compared to this. GGG updates the game constantly and is one of the most receptive companies I've ever seen to feedback. Desync and optimization are the only things holding it back.
If I make a bad decision I open myself up to criticism.

Some players think GGG made a bad decision in creating a game with such severe desync in it.

The criticism is not directed at you, you dont have to take it personally and let your jimmies get rustled for them.

Companies are still paying for shitty decisions they made decades ago, desync will be GGG shitty decision.
"just for try, for see and for know"
Thing that upsets me the most is that GGG was mentioning desync improvements back in an interview September 2013. They said it will be implemented at release or patches soon after release. I actually told a friend not to worry about it due to that.

I obviously don't know the details of specific improvements they've been working on but it has been so long since then.

I'm quite sure GGG has seen the 100s of desync topics so I would think it's at the top of their priority list. Chris even had a post in the last few months saying that the fix they've been working on will mitigate almost all desync issues. I'm wondering how long that would take exactly.

The devs COULD add a desynch sticky, where they keep the first post updated with the current status / plans / last fixes -- open to discussion and venting.

It WOULD help reduce the amount of spam, greatly.

"It didn't kill me, so there's no problem."

OP there's this little thing called "game feel", or in layman's terms it feels bad when you're playing a game and the screen lies to you.
OP can you stop moaning plz?
"I got this bike recently, and I really really like riding it day and night. And it was for free, can you believe it? It has but one nasty feature. Sometimes, the left pedal gets out of sync with the right pedal, creating this weird situations of chaos, sometimes causing me to fall down from the bike. But hey, it was for free, so get over it!"

I understand that free bike will have some issues. I just refuse to give up on pressuring GGG to make the bike as good as possible.

You dislike the desync moaners?
I dislike people telling other to shut up and swallow something that can be improved.
No, I will not stop complaining about what I believe is a serious flaw in the game's design.
