Odds of finding Zana in a map

No, because the master needs to be lvl 2, before you can invite him. Which means you have to complete one mission for Zana.

Zana encounters are very erratic. I was encountering her all the time in the first days of the league. Now I see her a lot less.

i remember reading "you now get zana after completing your first map" in patch notes and thats exactly what happened .. i only ever did 1 map in eternal lab

Yea, she shows up in the Lab after you enter your first map, but just for lore purposes (introduces Atlas). You can't invite her yet, until she's lvl 2.

I tought exactly the same thing when reading the patch notes - finally you wont need to search for Zana in maps. But no, still the same.

50% for Master in map? WTF? I find like 1 master in every 10 maps.

Once we had 2 consecutive Zana maps offering Untainted Paradise twice in a row!!! I was like explaining to one of our party members that this was the rarest map, but then we got another one right away! Other than this the game was cruel to me all throughout. Now I only need for a final Zana to get her to lvl 8, hence the search for some numbers that may help, otherwise I might have to wait a whole day:D

You can't just go by 1 in 7 of 20% chance for a master to spawn in a map. The higher levels seem to spawn her more often. I went into the 70s before I encountered her once to get her to come into my hideout. Now at level 85 I'm finding her much more often in tier 8+ maps. GGG is famous (infamous?) for having weighted rng for all "random" things.
