They are subject to RNG just like everything else in the game. No Zana in 30 maps? Bad luck but it happens. 3 Elreon's in 3 maps in a row? Good luck and it happens.

You find Zana, she is kind enough to give an amazing mission of "Complete an other master's mission"

I love Zana, it's like a celebration when I find her in 6 man parties.

She also gave me Untainted Paradise once, so I love her even more. Good luck taking her to lvl 7, let alone 8 though...

Yet another instance where GGG releases more info on that horribly designed site instead of on their own?

Started mapping around 70, I'm now halfway to 77 and just found my first Zana. Had tons of fun though, necro map with timer aw yeah...

So about 1 in 14. That makes my 3 for 40 pretty close to expected.

I have still never found her in a map. Ran another 15 last night. Ended up joining a Zana daily quest group (without zana) and got her to lvl 3 that way. By the time my turn came I had her in my hideout though.

Level 78 been through dozens of maps. Have yet to see her once. She's still level one. Got other masters to almost 6 that aren't even in my hide out...

I've played 30-40 maps so far, and no Zana. I ended up accepting a free Zana mission from 820 just to unlock her dailies.

isnt Zana waiting in the lab?, you just gotta do 1 map and Zana is there lol
there's no finding her, you do 1 map in the eternal lab and you can invite Zana lol .. or thats how it was for me.. swear i read that in a patch note? but i cant find it

well.. was like that for me in Essence
