GOT ALL CRAFTING MASTERS 8! World First!
" Oh...ooohhhh for some reason my mind for a few seconds thought Masters were only in Rampage and Beyond. Maybe they should have been. It never occured to me someone would complete a Challenge in a non challenge league. lol Ascension tied to Lab is the worst thing GGG has done...apart from GGG's philosophy on Trading. Oh and Gambling Loot boxes. And selling out to tencent. I used to love GGG. I supported to ensure GGG remained independent, now I just wish I could get my money back. -_- Last edited by Chameleon#4418 on Sep 2, 2014, 2:42:38 AM

Hi Xantaria, first of all gz!
I want to craft Accuracy on my 1h weapon. i have Vagan on lvl 5 and can craft +121-150 Accuracy. but im not shure if i should wait until he is lvl 6. Can you tell me if he has a higher Accuracy roll on Master lvl6? |

Grats, though people like you affect the game negatively for many of us. GGG responds to these kinds of "achievements" by nerfing the spawn rate of masters or putting more restrictions in place. Those won't affect people like you, because you're done with the masters, but the rest of us have to deal with the consequences of how you play the game.
This isn't criticism of you, because you just work with what you're given. It's criticism of GGG and the so-called alpha testers who should spot these issues BEFORE content is added and address them appropriately (e.g. different XP scaling when in groups, masters only visible to one person, no sharing of daily quests, etc.).
I have a question about Elreon's "items can have more than one crafted affix". How does this work? Does this property use up an affix slot, so it makes sense only if you go alt->regal route of crafting? Or its a crafting property that exists on the item separate from the 6 available affixes?

I think the best thing you and other people that already have some/all level 8 masters could do for the community would be to post the complete fully up-to-date crafting benches info on the wiki. Some of the infos on there are totally outdated and/or mixed up with pre-release Garena datas.
NB : I PM'd Xantaria a few days ago about a crafting bench info when he had Tora at level 7 and he answered me fast and kindly. IGN : @Morgoth Last edited by Morgoth2356#3009 on Sep 2, 2014, 5:16:55 AM

" I would hope that GGG are smart enough to not balance around statistical outliers. Give them some credit, will ya? The more you depend on forces outside yourself, the more you are dominated by them. --Harold Sherman Last edited by mruuh#6761 on Sep 2, 2014, 5:14:14 AM

" That would actually be something I would applaud to. Or even give a thread with an overview of their abilities, since I'm pretty sure that based on this people will submit it into the wiki, it is actually a lot of work to make good and readable wiki-pages and the Meta-Mods should get their own wiki-page considering they completly change crafting. |

" They nerfed and removed the spawn rate of masters in places where you could relatively reliably find them after one week because of these statistical outliers. This affected everyone else, except the statistical outliers. Stick around a while, you'll see this with nearly every content patch. There are always very obvious problems that should have never made it "live" if there had been competent testing, either internally or externally, and that get addressed within a week or a year (snapshotting).
" From what I've seen in Beyond, everyone and their grandmother were running circles around Tidal Island instead of playing the game, that nerf seemed warranted to me. " Sure, there are many things that irk me in PoE. But hey, it's just a f2p game (a rather good one, but still), I don't expect much. The more you depend on forces outside yourself, the more you are dominated by them.
