ok so get home yester to play forsaken master and can only get in for like 2 hour then I get dropped out of server cause over load .then I decide hope on late when it all-over and people have cram down so at 9.30 pm last nigh I try to hop on to path of exile but it say that the file is corrupted and I need to uninstall it and reinstall . pissed but I do it it take all night big dam file so it 7.15 am now and it has just finish installing cool as but I cant get in cause ive got to update this anther programme they put in . so I go to come on to the web site to so why? but in stead i cant logon . so I search for my account and gess whatit not there anymore , rainripper,is no more am realypissed im a new ish player about 4 mouths and ive been having fun but man it a luoch of the new pach and npt only can I not play and have ot reinstall but my account is gone .justpissed as a , what a f up are ,im going to work dam it . ill simer down and check this post to night . that if any one at GGG care a bout ever day players

soive just spent anther 4 hours trying to down load path of exile and it is bull it got me in to this athere s thing and then I had to log in to there arrrrrrrrrrrr .and as I come to expet on word from ggg cant even get this account verifried , but sader I can see my ather account rainripperbut cant get in to it can even play the game what a shit expantion , and I realy liked this game arr , that it for me im not going to sink more time in to this, ive neve pay maney to the game so yer why would they care a boutme just a free player , free playerpay a lot more cash in the end cause they have time invested and I wasn't very far in yer just at end game but man im fing pissed what a f off arrrrrrrrrr.if some one form ggg would just fix this please , why shit on free to play . why?

First of all, proper spelling and punctuation is your friend to make yourself understandable. With the release of the expansion, it's a pretty busy time for all of the GGG team, including Support so there might be a bit of a wait. In the meantime, as a self-first aid for any problems, check out the stickies in this forum. Chances are, that there already is a solution. If you can't see/access your older account: did you use the same email address for the second one? In this case, the older one becomes "hidden". It's not lost, you just have to write an email to Support (support@grindinggear.com) and they can help you recover it. They can help you also if there's another problem.
Just have some patience when waiting for a reply from Support. It's normal that it takes a little longer in peak times like these. :-) Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.
