i tell you this, the missing digits are 046, after you find them, you get the full digits, meaning 47.4645030426 from poe wiki, which is linked to this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDOaigtMp00, i dunno the rest yet^^.

answers: 1.timer 2.elements 3.resources 4.path of exile 5.??? the number is 4 groups with 5 digits 1,13,2,5,8 3,14,12,8,17 7,11,24,22,10 9,19,1,4,23 still makes no sense :) |

The wiki stuff seemed to point you to the references section and a link [5th] to a no longer working skills page or possibly the Templar Class (Strength/Intelligence). All in all it still led you to nothing, but wasting time waiting on the Random Timer. Bear "replicant" Powell

i think is better with the simple cipher...
