1/2*(n^2 - 3n + 4) = 4
n^2 - 3n - 4 = 0
(n + 1)(n - 4) = 0
n = -1 => reject
n = 4

I once worked on a small project where we programmed a multiplayer coop puzzle game.
My job was doing the level design. I was very worried that the game would end up too easy. Well, it didnt. More exactly, I know of one person that could finish. Even though I still think it's too easy.

In short, for the person creating a puzzle, complex thought processes might seem really easy when in fact, they are anything but.

Just tell the solution already, noone can solve this.

i wont be suprised if he will say: omg im so sorry to waste ur 6hours couse i messed up with somehing i i dont care, couse i will make another puzzle without resolve just couse i can and people in desperate serching keys.

The imposter may have a point. I think a puzzle should be made that does not require searching through various web pages.
