Maybe puzzle craft just isn't your thing. When you're relying on your user to find an arbitrary object on an arbitrary page and then apply it in an arbitrary way to an arbitrary string of numbers to decipher a group of letters in an arbitrary order into another arbitrary order with only overly vague clues to follow, then you probably aren't going to get anybody that solves your problem.
