Dont worry, its probably a bug, my EVA items got lower values too atm, just check ingame if they are back to old or rly got nerfed ( alphas howl for me went down by 80 eva for example)

Which chest was it? Where in your stash is it/which character is it on currently? How much ES did it have before?

All my ES Items also have lower Values of ES :(

From my calculations the new base ES for vaal regalia is 150 instead of 175.
