Lag/Desync ingame (+Trace)

Hi,

I'm kinda new to PoE and I really like it so far. But the desyncs/lags I witness on very regular basis is really annoying.
I searched the forum for solutions or possible reasons for my problems, but the causes for lag/desync in other threads doesn't really met my results from my trace route.

I hope that my trace route will help you to find out what I wasn't able to..

As PingPlotter only displays I think 100 samples out of the 500 I made, I have to add that the high times at the first hop occured once, while especially hop 7 had regular spikes up to 285.

I did another trace with 50 samples with 5 seconds trace dealy, this kinda shows the same picture except of the spike at the first hop.

If I had to guess I'd say that hop 7 is causing my desync-problems because this is the only hop with regular spikes as I could see while tracing, but how could I check if thats right?
I hope you guys can help me. :)

(Sorry if grammar of expression might be a bit confusing, I'm not a native english speaker and don't have to use english on regular basis.)

/edit: Missed to say that I'm using wireless lan and traced to that IP pn my laptop aswell, same result there.

First questions: Do you also experience this lag on a wired connection?

Second: Please use WinMTR and follow instructions in the technical sticky post. Let it run for about a minute and make sure you catch the lag.
Since I have no possibility to check it with my desktop I used my Laptop with wired connection.
Was just a short check but it seemed to be the same, desync/lag every few seconds, lucky if theres a minute without.

WinMTR:

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Seems to be the same result as with PingPlotter.
If wiring directly to the modem via ethernet is even temporarily possible, try that. There's little we can tell you considering the lack of any obvious fault in the network, hardware, or software. It seems to be a very common wifi problem which wasn't detected by the pings. If the problems remain present in a wired network, please do a WinMTR for about 300 cycles while the problem is happening in the game.
As I said in the post above yours, I tried it with my laptop wired to the router. Same issue there, even in the short period of time I tested it. So it shouldn't be an issue with the wifi.

Both of the logs in the first two post were recorded while I had the problem ingame, but I will do another longer one when the desync/lag is worse than now. At the moment it's bearable, still not fine but better than it was several times before.
First of all Ionface suggested to connect directly to your modem, bypassing your router, to check if the lag is related to the router.

Secondly it seems you did not let WinMTR run very long like I asked (1 minute) and you didnt seem to have caught any severe lag spike at all. It looks clean...

I have very same problem. Desync-lag is horrible. It started today. It's practically unplayable. I was killed because of it and lost a LOT of experience. :-( Also it happen in the good map. So I lost map also, because I'm not gonna risk death again and lost exp. again.
I forgot to mention, that everything was PERFECT until today. And I'm going directly not by wi-fi. I'm trying everything. Update windows, graphic drivers. Still the same. Game is working for few seconds and then stops and I cannot use inventory or do anything, except moving. Then I get back to previous position and game is working for few seconds again. Then stopped working end so...

I am having the same lag, takes minutes to check stash, dc's from global chat and I cant leave the "town" area. If I do manage to leave it gets stuck in the loading screen. Never had these issues before and I am hardwired directly into modem
