Someone tried that in hardcore? It dont look like a hardcore build. (no armour,IR or even block as a melee) Sounds like a oneshot.

He's not "abusing" it, he is just "using" it.
And he is using it for:
*Blood Rage
*Enduring Cry
*Rejuvenation Totem
*Immortal Call
None of these skills has any benefit being triggered via Cws instead of Cwdt.
This would work just fine with:
Low level Cwdt + Blood Rage, Enduring Cry
High Level Cwdt + IC, Totem
CI without stun immunity is just horrible, you are crippling your effective DpS like crazy.
see the thing is i can run a high level on every one of these skill i also run molten shell and crit weakness they both heavily benefit from being level and even blood rage benefits a lot form levels
