Can you post an updated build? I generally went the same way but don't think it's optimized.

Just posted the 1.2 build. It got much easier to cap block and resists, but I had to give up some of the spell block due to the long traverse (down to 56%). Gave up IR since I am neither running EV gear or Grace. Gained a bit of life and a fair bit of dps.

Updated the tree a bit again for 94. Dropped some life for more dps - up to 11.5k cyclone dps in full MF gear, 31.5k in dps.
