yeah you cant really level with this build especially once you get to merciless.
I did, currently level 66 and farming up. 3k ES and have strides, abyssus and maligaros dream frags, 560/500 ar/es chest
My only issue right now is my daggers, dual strike does 35k right now without charges.

Bino's aps is too low. So Bino + (+2.0 aps, +200 pdps dagger) would be good.
If you equip like this, DualStrike's dps will be +200k.

If you want to use dualstrike, have to equip two 1hand weapon.

what tips can you provide in surviving early game?? i getting owned repeatedly...
