Agree with you, OP. With this 1 month, I've completely changed my outlook on PoE.
In the previous league, I scraped my way through cruel Dominus and into Merciless difficulty all solo melee & self found in hardcore. I needed to prove to myself that I could do it, and did. Damned OCD got the best of me. I'm finally free now, as you are. And it feels good! Cheers and enjoy your freedom. bro. :) |

Play both, IMO.
Don't play HC when your latency is high or you're tired/distracted. I play mostly softcore but I make a new HC character when the 4month comes along. Where there's one they're bound to divide it right in two.
