Lag Spikes

After tweaking with my graphics card control panel I think I've finally made this game slightly more bearable to play on this laptop. Turned triple buffering on while vsync is off and added " --nosound" to the path of exile application. My fps now decreases and increases more linearly which is better than the constant spikes I guess.

Hmm, this might only be a part of the solution, you might want to keep an eye on that ping...
