In general I avoid any unique with negative stats as it is just stupid to have to suffer to counterbalance some major setback which did not have to be introduced in the first place. Lately majority of new unique introduced to the game are shitty (=have negatives) but it goes well with the fact that the game is deteriorating, sucks for casual play, sucks for solo play, is balanced around elite player idea, provides bots with side income...

Now even though I rant about stupidity of having negatives on what were supposed to be awesome items just by ignoring them it does not impact my game play. Just use rares instead.

My dream list contains fixing idiotic drop rates and either giving us content for lvl 80+ that would earn us XP at the same rate as for the low lvls or remove/reduce XP death penalty. It is really idiotic to grind 3-4 hours for 10% xp which you loose because of the desync.

This game needs new dev team....

lol all that stuff is op already...especially compared to monsters hp. I only have 32k dps and nothing lives more than a second save atziri and a couple other boss. besides uniques should not be bis but best rares instead.

go play d3. its all uniques all the time.

my 'dream' is increase monster hp by an order of magnitude (base 10) so they actually stand a chance to get spells//attacks out and increase chaos dam 100% and all other dam 20%. quite opposie from op

You have some points, but so many specific items you mention are just plain wrong. Like the item adjustments. Remove the "more phys taken" from abyssus - no.

I suggest you try Torchlight 2. You can mod it and make your own candy-coated ARPG.

I'd like to see a lot changed in POE, but this list does not do it for me.

Wrong about Thief's Torment...

It's an OP ring and the "cant use other rings" is balanced and correct. I ran that ring to level 95, and now use Berek's instead, as I can leech with arc/fp. If I want to run CoC with non-cold or non-lighting, I'll gladly use torment and no other ring.
So I see a request to nerf monster boss damage. In certain situations i agree, but let me share my progression and why I feel its kinda okay now.

Background:
I am a CoC 2x spell ST build. I use FP to shotgun single target and arc to bypass the dmg reduction of GMP (and it is just good). I WAS dual wield dagger, but I changed that. I am now using Saffel's frame shield, and have 84/81/84 resists. When I was dual wielding, I had 75 all resist. I also gained 32 spell block, and I also now have 46% spell dodge. So WoW, did saffel's make a difference. When I first saw it, I was worried about not blocking attacks, but I have 46% dodge / 42 evadge to attacks. I don't use leech gem on 6L, and I can hit reflect and solo reflect maps. Happy beats.

Its different for some weapons and only show how bad balanced game right now - some are fine with damage, some CANT use same weapon as you and use shield or take acrobat node, most die INSTANTLY when face map bosses and some rare monsters, their damage MUST be reduced.
