More inventory space
" It is in my opinion that a break in a person's flow while doing most anything is one of the main reasons why people stop doing those things. In this regard I think it would make more people play PoE for longer periods of time. This may also ultimately make more money for GGG via the cash shop as replacing the character inventory with the stash inventory will effectively decrease the total amount of storage space a player has thus making players more likely to buy additional storage space. |

" Well, GGG is not likely to change it, so champion it all you like, I just wish I could hear them laughing at the suggestion. |

i agree that the inventory is a little small.... but as soon as you accept that, it's not really that bad.
What i really want to see is the ability to rotate items! giving us our own little poe slash tetris style game when filling our inventories!! how fun would that be!! Seriously though i think it would be pretty sweet to squeeze a few more items in the already limited space |

I'm all for more inventory space as well or at least reduce the cost of a town portal spell to only one scroll of wisdom. The former would be nice to keep up a better flow of gameplay, but even the second would be nice to allow for more selling, and subsequently acquiring more currency which is important in a loot-centric game.
I just don't get why people are against the idea of a bigger inventory in general. Putting together builds, choosing what gear to use, and developing strategies to best take down enemies are great examples of using thought. Choosing whether or not to pick up items is a poor one and adds little to the game other than an unnecessary time sink. Edit: Even being one cheap mofo, an option to purchase more inventory space would be very tempting. Last edited by lughnasadh13#2154 on Apr 16, 2013, 10:51:34 AM

This is a necro, but whatever.
One good reason is that as it is now, the decision to have a macro to flip in IIQ/IIR gear for a boss kill is extremely painful. You practically have no inventory space at all if you bring along a second set of gear, making it basically pointless to do. I approve of the current situation. I don't like the inventory tetris, but that's a different matter. One adjusts, I suppose. |
