More inventory space

More bag space would be welcome or even let my purchasable pet go and drop things in my stash so I can complete my adventures. It's annoying to have to go back so many times when you really need money.

More inventory space MIGHT happen, but probably won't, and pets will never have that capability as GGG has deemed it Pay2Win (pets having an actual function, that free players would not have).

It doesn't matter if the pet were a free ball of light that can go to town for you as a convenience. Just to drop your stuff off.

Have you played the game at all?
There's no money...
I happen to enjoy inventory tetris, and yes, the developers specifically said they wanted you to think about what you can carry with you, which I also like. So sorry, I'm going to have to disagree with this suggestion.
Grant us eyes.
Inventory tetris you say!!

thats makes me think!!

Why does all items have to be square or retangular??

I suggest that the game should use a real "Inventory tetris"

a mace is 3 wide and 4 long??

XXX..XXX.....XX
..X....XXX...XXXX
..X....X........XX
..X....X

Hammer, Axe and Shield!!!

Now that would be nice!! you really had to move stuff to make it fit!

the shield finds in under the axe blade and the hammer goes after that but upside down!

just create more characters and move items to their inventory.
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
This topic is related to something I posted my own topic here in the Suggestions forum. Here are my views on this issue:

Make the stash your character's normal inventory. Having a stash for shared/large storage is nice, but having it in town breaks up gameplay with multiple load screens load screens while at the same time not stopping people from picking up every last item if they really want to. It does give players a reason to go to town, but there are plenty of those and I think moving the stash in town to the character will decrease break in flow.

Some might say that inventory management and deciding what to loot and what to not loot are part of the dynamic of the game, but in the end the only deterrent to picking up everything that drops is time. Time in town and in load screens. The ability to pick up everything is there and can be used. Clearly we aren't against picking up items and selling/saving them, so why not cut out the extra time doing that and allow for players to hold more items and sell them in larger loads and never have to portal back to town for the sole purpose of making inventory room. This may seem like a major change, but, like I said above, it will greatly decrease breaks in flow and allow for players to stay out fighting for longer periods. If this change were to be implemented I foresee a small change to how items are sold might also be warranted (a larger or multi-paged selling panel).

That's a nice solution, but should a person have to spend all that time logging in and out moving items around just to get the items they want at any given moment?

But that break in the flow is an intended part of the game. If you pick a lot of stuff up, you are supposed to go back to town to handle it. It's a very thought out mechanic on the part of GGG, and one they are not likely to change.
