I want to finish vendor recipe achievement...how hard is alc recipe?

How long does it take to get this one? I thought I was almost done but this one means I have to start id on everything? I think I'm out of stash space for this much stuff. Or is there more common names I should look for matching?

EDIT: Well this isn't going to happen the Regal Orb kills my chances.
Full set of 75-100 unid rare? I don't think I map high enough for that stuff. Might as well have been the Queen's heart on a platter.

well, your lvl82 ambush char should be now doing at least 72-73 maps (74 is the one with no exp penalty, 72 is still ok). 73 is enough for lvl75 items to drop

If you are trading, you can "cheat" and just buy 3 items of the same name using xyz

edit: I got mine Alch from 2x Q20 rare with same name (from a mirror strongbox). You can use two mirrored white items from box, make them Q20 and rare..

or try recipe which requires same base items - normal, magic, rare (all 20% quality)

Yeah, the alc is pretty easy using that last recipe Ludvator said. Find something you are already saving for chances or other recipe like gavels for chisels. Then (using gavels as example) you put 20% quality on 3 white gavels - 12 whetstones. Use an orb of alteration on one to turn it blue. Use an alchemy orb on one to turn it yellow. Sell all 3 to vendor and get your alchemy back, so you are only out 12 whetstones and 1 alteration.

You might also be able to get level 75 rares from strongboxes with plus level mod.

I got the alch by keeping items that vendors give alch shards for. Vendoring enough items at once gave an orb and challenge done.

Also, the full set to get the regal doesn't have to unid

Collect items with chaos res and/or item rarity for the alch.

A +5 levels and 3 additional rare monsters or Rogue Exile strongbox in a 68 area in Ambush is all you need to get ilvl 75 items for the Regal recipe. Alch the whites if you really want to.
