This build is rather based around frenzy for single target. However you can still get a decent use of puncture, in a 3L with physical proj attack damage and crit multi (add trap or point blank on 4L). Or you can share the frenzy setup on 5/6L (frenzy, puncture, ppad, crit multi, added fire or faster attack). In both cases you use puncture as a setup skill to initiate the fight and then you kite or spam frenzy.
If you plan on burning arrow, I'd rather not spec into frenzy and use a generic split arrow build (see my build a few posts above for an example). Ranger builds list: /917964

If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
