Come and see how I'm cursed (Dominus farm log)
Recently I have been leveling a pair of alts in the masses of lvl 68 to 70 maps I have gathered . Both run a little MF and a culling ability and all the maps are alched and ran as is unless blood magic, or reduced regen are mods.
So far I have gotten a lot more shit than I did running Piety. The exp is a lot faster as well. Best of all with the amount of maps I have I will never run out of 68-70s. When my characters get to 85/86 I'll just make another alt. Finally this has the advantage of creating more 71s and 72s for my main to run. So yeah, if I were you I would stop the boss farming and instead farm mid-low tier maps instead. Keep PoE2 Difficult.

" A good organized split-run pt get just as much loot as someone would in a high-end map (quantity-wise). If you trade you can just buy high-end gear (finished or craftable). So it comes out the same. Only difference is if you want to level efficiently. Which in most cases is useless once you reach 90+ Can't speak for the OP but i prefer the savety of a 'static' area over the randomnes of maps. I like to tip around the map without having to fear, for example, 10 leapers jumping me. As alwaysw, it comes down to preference and maybe what you want to acchieve by doing what you are doing. |

The dude here is playing solo so why are you comparing what others can do in groups? Apples and Oranges...
Keep PoE2 Difficult.

Well, by looking at progress, I'm slowly getting speechless...

Lolled @ nothing!
:D, maybe it's a sign from Rngesus? Slowly he pushes you in a pit of darkness, only to eventually emerge victorious? :D (keep it up or do something else for a while :p) Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

This looks alot like my own runs. Logged about 250 runs with similar MF and got similar results. Only noteworthy uniques were the occational 1 ex uniques like maligoros, rats nest, abyssus etc.

I hate when people say "Why do you bother if you don't drop anything? Do maps or something else instead." The point is that I can't do and enjoy what I want, because something is effectively stoping me from it. And basically I don't want to. Playing maps, because my (and many other people's) boss farming is inefficient as it really should be is like forcing me to do this and not that. If this is where this game is going, I'm not finding my self here in the near future.

I suppose it doesn't help your cause if I tell you I was poor when I started playing about 3 months ago, but thanks to a crown of eyes drop, and another crown of eyes chanced, I'm doing ok now :)
But yeah, RNG is a bitch. It comes down to luck in the end... GL |

Sorry if it came over that way.
My point was that if it is getting troublesome to continue, taking a step back from dom/piety runs is warranted to keep continuing the game. (this could be, playing another game, running an alt, doing some maps, doing some corrupted zone farming for example) But if your commitment to piety runs is flawless, by all means continue. Also if you need some extremely rare build enabling unique to continue your build or move to maps, i feel you might be burned out/disappointed before ever reaching it. but that's just a personal opinion. for example, i played 2 years atm, playing high end maps mostly 77/78 and never found any high end unique. Hmm actually i found a soul taker in the last week of the last league after a year and 4 months of play i think. Sold it immediately :). Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

Someone already logged 3000 Dom runs and walked away with a BoR. Hope you are selling the rare drops. :P
