" It's not "cheating" in that GGG has said it's perfectly ok to use what ever the game allows for. It is "cheating" in that it goes against many player's ideas as to what the game should be. Different people have different meanings for that powerfully charged word. What they need to do is do what ever they are going to do quickly... weeks before the next league starts. This major of a change shouldn't happen during the first half of a 4 month league. |

I dont care if people snapshots or not, i have fun playing in invasion regardless of what other people do, but, what i dont like is paying ridiculous amounts of exalts that i will never get in my life for a descent item.Why does the market gets so overblown? A few reasons are because of snapshotting (farming) and RMT, i really dont have the time or money to get ridiculous amounts of currency, i just hope some day trading could become more accesible , other than that, i have no problem.

Hahahaha, awh man I feel bad for laughing because I've died to herp-derp moments similar to that, but wow does it suck.
My best herp-derp moment: Hit 70 on my trapper on the start of Nemesis league (before trap was everywhere 24/7 popular as fuck because of the Pohx builds) and was farming docks. I got into a "this could potentially RIP me if I keep going" situation (given no leech because traps/out of flasks). I was only at 70% hp but I didn't want to take my chances. My solution? Alt+Tab. Not Alt+F4, but Alt+Tab. I didn't even realize I hit Alt-Tab instead of F4 because I was watching something at the same time. I rebooted PoE and it said I'm already logged in. Alt-Tab to task bar and see the other PoE running. Much herp. Such derp. Wowe. RIP IN PEACE IN PIECES, lmao. Edit: People crying about snap-shotting. Rly? Go play Diablo 3. Verry cool.
I vote for auto bloodrage for all snapshotters :-) But in the next bigger patch the problem is gone. And i hope snapshotting also. Its like sheeting to use that. Chris said its not designated to have more then 3 or max 4 auras in a post on reddit. And whats the mind behind a prozentage reserved when you can avoid this with snapshotting? It makes no sense. |
