How reliable is evasion

you couldn't be further from the truth. im a big exploiter of evasions strengths for awhile now and constantly talk wonders of it all over the forums.

fact is people do have an obscure definition of evasion builds by basically not allowing block or dodge to be allowed to consider it an "evasion" build. again this is not my opinion, this is the opinion and definition of others that debate evasion sucks.
if you have 40% evasion, 40% dodge and 75% block they'll argue that isn't an evasion build but a block build and all this garbage. so in this thread i was playing their game of the super strict definition of "evasion". that is all.
