PoE Unique Item Generator - Create your own unique item

i wanted to enable a very popular build most of us know from the past...



after i made some tries i noticed there is no way to balance it right as a weapon (too much/ less dmg/ abuseable due to dual wield or far overpowered as a 2hd version + i dont wanted to add to much restrictions) so i made it a shield.

this should be an item easy to get in midgame, to make it fair i used high variance in rolls.

its first four stats, also its implict should also be a reference to the original version of the shield from that other game :P

to make it less abuseable i added resolute technique (so u cant coc with it) this also represents the 'attack rating' from its equal u know...

the last both stats are skill enablers, i guess with ~a 5-6 roll on reduced souls u should be able to hammer... oO ahhh i mean vaal ST most of the time

the reduced effect duration should mainly improve lightning warp's delay (i also used it as a balance tool to make some duration buffs like some of the new vaal aura buffs weaker); the high roll variance it to let the lategame player decide if he like to run duration buffs or lightning warp, so that this stat can be good or bad dependet on the build.

But on the other hand a possibility to have 100% to evade and 100% max resistances, if you get the gear for that ... I love evasion, and i want to be invincible, not because i have 6K+ life with insane leech, but because nothing can hit me ... that'd be much cooler :)

I've been toying with a unique that would have CI + EB this is what I came up with.
The main tensions / tradeoffs here are.
Can't use RF because you are CI so no CoE shennenigans.
Using auras reserves your "life" kind of like blood magic.
The staff forces you to melee but for maximum health you can't wear full armor/evasion gear since you need es.

My Idea:
+ All Ele Resists would be a random roll, probably 10-16
% Chance for Endurance Charge would be random 18-25

I'm not a huge fan of RNG. But I doubt that it would ever even have a chance to see the light of day without RNG on it.

The armor and damage values show with the block chance from the Shield already baked in.
