This build doesn't demand godlike armour, especially not at level 31. No build should have any problems with any monsters at level 31. Which means you did something wrong. If you linked your gear and passive tree, I could tell you what you did/are doing wrong.

I've been wanting to play an infernal blows character but I don't know which one is better.

It's simply a bit cheaper since you don't use a weapon, but you can get a decent end-game weapon for this build for like 15-20 chaos. My build will give you a lot more damage.

Is there some way to deal with elemental reflect? The marauder build can at least use leap slam during those times.

Yes, you use an alternate skill if you want to do ele reflect map. If there's just one pack, let others kill it if you're in a party, and if you're solo, have your alternate skill ready to swap it with infernal blow.

There are much difference between legacy AA and non legacy? I'm not able to buy a legacy one for 20+ex so I thought invest in more armour nodes, but not sure if worth it.

The non-legacy AA is just fine, you don't have to spend currency getting a legacy one. In fact, investing that currency into buying normal AA + a good chest (or several good rare items) is even better than buying just a legacy AA.

Moreover, yesterday was a really good day for me, since after a lot of farming, I could get good items and make them curr.

Now I can afford an AA legacy if is neccessary, or even a ST(not two at sametime), but I'm doubtful on what to do.

If your choice is legacy AA or ST, I'd go for ST, since that will boost your DPS whila allowing you to respec the 2 mana nodes towards Mana Flows, allowing you to get more survivability from some other 2 nodes (more block, for example).

As for Atziri, it will be hard with a 5L only. For her you really need 15k+ dps, i.e. a 6L. But it's doable still. I think I did my first Atziri kill with a 5L, it just took a while. Also, go to Atziri after you level, with 0% xp :)
