Invalid Items Deleted (Updated with Incident Report)

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but is there any chance of getting that were in these invalids back?

As I'm fairly new, it just happened that my gloves were invalid, without my knowledge, and I had 3 gems in them before they were completely removed...

What league are you in? If you are in normal/Ambush I'll chuck you whatever it was you lost.

One less thing for support to worry about and it solves your problem. Sound good?

Nice, maybe next time you remember to not delete the quest items obtained dure that period too. Now im stuck in act2 cuz my baleful gem got deleted and i cant get another one. Pro stuff.

I had a belt that was found way way before the 18 mins of corruption happened deleted. Really great 110 resist all life leather belt. Sent them an email. I really hope something can be done about this since it was not an item generated during the corruption, so it should not have been deleted.

I was inside a map that I generated well before the corruption/reset as well that is gone, that I spent quite a lot of currency on getting it right as well.

There should be a refund for items/maps lost that were not part of the corruption. We should not be punished for their mistake.

I am very new to the game, and logged on to my Maurader Zaakes in the standard (normal?) league and his helm was GONE! He is only level 30+, so now I have lost the helm and the gems in the helm. Is this what I have to look forward to? I'm not even sure what I did wrong to lose that helm and gems. Now what am I supposed to do? Thanks for any help or advice you can give me. Right now, I'm feeling very sad... :(
