Would you pay to have GGG focus exclusively on fixing the game issues but no new content?

I was just reading some other threads and from what I understand GGG claims that they cannot fix the desync and lag issues that plague the game. That it is impossible, or at the very least beyond their capabilities. This may very well be the case, but from the responses I've read and from my own limited knowledge of programming it could be possible to fix the engine if they worked at it or perhaps hired an expert(s) to do so, perhaps even transferring it to another more stable game engine.

The only problem with this is that it would take time, and they would not be able to focus on new content, which brings on new players and revenue for them to keep going. I like new content but I'd like a game relatively free of the issues it currently has. Now I know they won't be able to ever get rid of all the lag/desync issues as that is the nature of online games, but I feel that if even half the issues were resolved myself and many others would be satisfied.

Basically what I am proposing is instead of using the money from the store and packs to create new content they use it to focus exclusively on fixing the games issues, along with hiring an expert programmer(s) perhaps. Would you as a customer support them knowing that there won't be new content for some time but that eventually the desync and lag issues would be fixed?

Just want to know others opinions and thoughts, particularly the hardcore players and those who have purchased the more expensive supporter packs.

lag and desycn do not affect me at all so no i really dont care.

its worth mentioning what 'content' means. I want higher level maps, alternatives to the mapping system, game modes that reward balanced builds that are both survivable as well as dish out huge dps, buffs to solo play. etc. what i dont want is more mtx or acts that get dull 25 minutes after release.

I gave up hope long ago. But the answer to you question is yes. I'd consider buying point's again if there was a sign of the game "improving" instead of just "stuff" being added to it.
