What is your favorite unique quote?

That Doon Capybara mace, whoever made the reference to the Mentats deserves a high-five.

PoE "quotes" seem like they're trying to be something that they are not. Sort like a nerd trying to quote Shakespeare in binary.

Borderlands 2 does a much better job imo, more relevant to todays world.

Like how can a game developer introduce the name of several character skills while at the same time telling the story of that new character? Here's how:

Talking about people who don't know what they talk about.
You pick out things which don't have anything to do with each other.

The game is super dark, and these quotes fit the game perfectly.
Besides if you'd use your brain you can see how some of them fit the world we live in today just as fine.
After all we still are humans, and humans will always be human.
I like shadows quote 'i am a god now, clearing the fields so that the crops can grow'
I usually do not read popular posts again after i made a comment on it, unless it's one of my own. I wish to have a Black robed Grim Reaper micro set in game one day, grant my wish, GGG

Most of my favorites have been listed already, but I find this one surprisingly educational:

The nobles wanted to take her throne.
She let the peasants take their wealth.
The peasants wanted to take her wealth.
She let the soldiers take their heads.
The soldiers wanted to take her head.
She sat on her throne and wept.

What do you guys think is the best unique quote in the game?

In my opinion it's

Give a man a fish, and you can feed him for a day.
But give a fish a man, and you can feed it for a month.

You got it wrong. The good one goes like this

Sir Terry Pratchett

Give a man a fire, and he's warm for a day.
But set fire to him and he's warm for the rest of his life.
