It's kind of funny how op they are. But really makes you want to buy them.
Honestly though if you get them... like... you already killed Aztiri. WTF would you need them for? Other than a trophy... lol. I guess they will just sell high to make you rich... or maybe good for mega aztiri. |

Evasion, life, spell dodge and movespeed. A very nice pair of boots, yeah, but op, next legacy? doubt it.

When BoR came out pretty much everyone agreed it was insanely powerful but balanced by it's severe drawback. Once they became so common that the drawback really didn't apply (ie BoR was easier to obtain than a comparable head/chest set by a ton), then it got the nerf.
