first impression: a bit too much?.

I think there should be a soft core Invasion too. For those of us who enjoys being spanked that way, but without having to reroll.

Just a suggestion.

Anyway it sounds like an interesting concept

Died to the Bramble Snake Unique boss on Tidal Island in Normal.

I LOVE IT!

Ambush League, I now have Shrines AND these boxes. And these boxes are kinda everywhere. Not that it really bothers or helps me, but it's a bit too much... ;-)

The most amazing thing happened to us yesterday, just starting out , all friends up on skype and in a 5 man party.

we face our first boss , shiverstorm or whatever his name is , he starts spawning minions and we have a rough time with everything as noone has had any upgrades yet.

got him to the second form , and at about 40% he used a vaal corpse explosion , everyone died instantly and skype was filled with laughter for 3 minutes solid :D

amazing ... just amazing

Started invasion solo yesterday... after watching about 5 minutes of Nugi's stream whilst downloading the patch etc.

This. league. is. awesome.


I can't stop laughing at all the crazy bosses I keep running in to. And those eye-spitter mob thingys... that fire a charged lightning attack (same as Vaal's Im assuming but with more charge time)... had like 6 fire point-blank into my chops and I ran away with my tail between my legs on about 10hp.

I think I've already been on low hp more in Invasion league than my entire time in Onslaught.

What a blast...

Rip'd at level 21 or something.... my new level 4 is ready for when I get in tonight.

Loving invasion so far. It's especially rough in the early levels though. The frost wall snake is basically a guaranteed RIP.

Nemesis = toddler league, in compariosn to Invasion. I know I'll rip to some unpredictable spike damage bullcrap meh, but still... bring it on!

I haven't yet encountered a genuinely unavoidable instant-death scenario. But, man, those unique bosses are tough.

Stunlocks, freezes, high damage output. You really have to be on your toes. I guess it'll get better once we know the tricks of all those uniques and can better anticipate what they do and prepare.

Invasion > Nemesis.

Don't forget that he has the Slow Aura and uses IceWall. :D Fun times in coast with him around.
