" You're clearly not doing this right. Each pair should give 1 chance. This means that until you turn in the last "same-name pair" - your vendor reward should read as 9 x chance orbs. I never had 1 chaos orb and 1 chance orb show up as my reward. The only thing I can think of is that the ilvl's dont meet the requirement?? When I did it - everything was over ilvl 62 I believe.
