Judging by your tree, you're level 83. I've stated multiple times that this build really needs 90+ to work efficiently. Your best bet is to keep working it to 90+.

You have a LOT of life gear at the moment, so it's may cause you to have a significantly increased drain from Blood rage.

You have a level 1 enhance on a low level low quality blood rage which will affect your leech and DPS. It appears you're missing hatred as well, and you also have many gems that aren't even 20 yet.

Keep doing what you're doing with life leech. 20k should one shot most stuff easily. As you level up and level up gems, you should start to see a significant increased in damage. Follow what chunda said about the gear upgrades.
