When you say non-lowlife does that mean no CoE as well? I've been thinking about doing a wander in the next league but I'm not to sure how that'll work considering how expensive most of them are to gear.

Life based, Eldritch Battery wander isn't expensive to gear at all, previously you had to pay a lot for the wand because good wands are hard to find in new leagues, but with Piscator's Vigil around you have an extremely powerful wand that's not even that rare!

The rest of the gear is made of armor or evasion gear (depending if IR or not) with a couple hybrid ES piece or one pure ES piece for the mana (usually the shield, cause ES shields can roll mana and mana regen too) with the usual life and resists, nothing too fancy!

mmh.. i don't get how life leech works with piscator's virgil, since it has no phys damage, how do you survive with it ?

No, you're thinking about the wrong build. Avatar of Fire makes no sense for this build, removing physical leech from Blood Rage.

sry.. didnt mean COC , i meant chain...
and u link life leech instead... think about it:
lmp make u do 70% dmg, than chain make u do 50% of that 70%...
thats a total of 35% of your dmg!, it can get much higher... with avatar of fire u get 50% (a bit more cause the fire stay as it is) u dont have to spam alot of shot (most die from 1 shot and burning), so u can save alot of mana and have less issues with it.. the leech with a gem is enough i think

and the main use of blood rage is the attack speed...
