Please add loot rules. (Need or Greed, FFA, Loot Timers, etc.)
i like tzhe current loot-system. the game based on killing monsters. but after a time you can go brainafk and hit everything which is moving. to look at the drops and others who want to grap it, is a nice alternative to the millions of mouseclicks.
and guys, really this is a hack-and-slay game like diablo2 not a mmorpg like wow. but 1 or 2 secs more item-lock-time would be nice to give ranges the chance to get it like meeles. |

" It doesn't matter what type of game this is, it could be Pony Island for all I care. The fact of the matter is if the game has loot it should be distributed fairly. There is no reason the Marauder get's to steal a bow drop that I could have used for my Ranger, it's archaic. To many people FFA is not fun nor is it fair. On my Shadow I play with a bow. When I party I play to progress and work as a team. In reality what I end up having to do is only output half the damage I should be because I have to focus on picking up the loot before someone steals everything. It feels like I'm fighting against my party instead of the actual dungeon. That's not a good game mechanic in my opinion, and it only serves to ensure the appeal of PoE dies out quickly. But anyway that's not what my thread is meant to be about, If you prefer FFA loot then you would still be able to use it, I am not trying to deny people the good experience they want. I'm trying to allow people like me to play the game and not be constantly frustrated by party play. |
