Well what do you expect when they stopped bothering with the forums, except for the standard/canned mod replies. Just doing their own version of the game which is a great idea, for those 20 blind supporters they still have left.

PoE has 109k players playing the game with a smile on their face. You are here whining your ass off. To which group do you think you belong to? The 109k happy players or the 20 blind haters here on the forums trolling, who are jack shit worth to the developers? I'll give you a hint: It's not the first group.

This reflects my opinion towards it in the same way.

We still want the game to be what it wants to be but every single supporter in here seems to have accepted that the devs will not (at least in the near future) keep up with the expectations.

My supporter tags are hidden, but I'm still very much a supporter of Path of Exile as a game, and its developers as human beings. Sometimes they make changes I don't like and I have a brief whinge about it on the forums, but that doesn't mean I'm "surrendering" as a supporter.

I think you should change the wording of the OP a bit. Speak for yourself, don't claim to speak for others.

yeah i shouldn't state that "all" supporters share that same feeling. But i see many of them around here.

I didnt want to open yet another "whine about stuff"-thread. I just wanted to capture a bit of the change that takes place here on the forums.

a while ago there were loads of threads regarding "what if"s. Now those are gone and instead there are many threads like "what has gone wrong". The same people that opened the positive threads before now open the depressive ones.
today there is no1 saying "go for it" when people ask to link something themselves, although there were before.

nothing more :)

p.s.: i do still enjoy the game, but i despise its' flaws. every time i join the pvp queue and get matched with a level 20 char i am just astounded at how this problem hasn't been adressed in the past 8 weeks.

actually now that i think about it , the tone of the forums tend to shift in a predictable way.

at the start of new leagues after a big content patch , you get a bunch of what if thread from hopeful supporters whose faith has been restored by the recent content update bringing much needed changes.

but as the leagues reach the end of their life cycle the threads become more and more pessimistic as the magic of the previous content update fades in to obscurity.

still i cant help but feel A3x and a few map bosses are still over tuned , and over tuned bosses = proverbial torrents of nerd rage.

dark souls had far less nerd rage than this game . that is an accomplishment in of its self.
but then again you expected it in dark souls i suppose.

There's not a single thing you are entitled to have/get. You mad?

There's over 50 billion players in my basement that disagree with you. I can pull statistics out of my ass too.
And the devs care about money, not players. If they see private servers pop up that rake in more cash due to better settings, they'll change their tune quite quickly.
They're progressing quite well with those servers in fact last time I saw them, so it shouldn't be too long any more until we have a real successor to Diablo 2. :)
